• Programme Length: Minimum 12 months

  • Accommodation: We have eight bedrooms available for residents

  • Support: The Oaks has 2 full time support workers who live in the Oaks and make the programme

  • Discipleship: One to one mentoring, bible reading plan, daily devotions, Message team prayers & worship, tailored Christian counselling.

  • Courses: Life skills, budgeting, evangelism, leadership, trust and peacemakers

  • Structured Community: Everything in the Oaks revolves around community living. Activities range from church visits, evening meals, film nights, mission trips, outreaches and retreats.

  • Placements: 1-2 days per week will be assigned for work therapy volunteering in one of our MEC business or with a local charity.

  • Oaks Graduation: The normal progression for an Oaks graduate is to move full time into one of our MEC businesses and live in one of our houses round the corner from The Oaks. Alternatively, support is given to help find employment elsewhere if desired.
